* Participated in executive meetings and conducted detailed research towards the creation of a 20-page press kit on Festival Centre
* Managed preparations for a major press conference during the Festival
* Managed press office staff relating to Festival Centre and capital campaign press kit
* Wrote speeches for Director and Managing Director to be delivered at press conference
* Promoted Festival Centre to key national and international media and secured feature pieces in Canadian and international dailies and trade publications
